I had an appointment for 1:30pm for just an oil change. I waited about two hours for this. Which I would've given a lower score due to this. However, some damage was found during the inspection and Joshua went above and beyond and discovered my extended warranty covered the repairs.

Turns out the squeaky brakes I was concerned about was only a rock that was stuck. Instead of doing a customer a solid I was still charged $209 for a stuck rock. Waiving something as simple as that would have gone a long way in developing a first impression.
I am so thrilled with the service I got at Germain Nissan! Came in to get my tire plugged & Josh noticed my brakes were bad. I don’t want to think what may have happened, if he had not noticed this. Thank goodness it was suggested to me to get an extended warranty when I bought the car from them. It covered everything! Thanks to Josh, my car is safe to drive! Won’t take my car anywhere else to be serviced. By far the best & most caring dealership! Thanks Josh!

Im not sure if this location usually takes a lot of time to inspect and oil change a vehicle, but it has been my case all the time. I’m talking about waiting longer than 2 hours with prior appointment, no rush hours or anything. So, my question is, do they do this to customers who are covered by warranty, and give priority to those who walk in and pay? I can’t believe inspecting and oil change could take longer than 2 hours.
