The Service people are very friendly. However, we have a Mechanical Failure Service Contract that we purchased from the Dealership when we purchased this car. This contract and car were purchased on 6/29/22. The terms of the contract are for 7 years and or $100,000. miles. This is the first time we needed to use it and the Service Department told us it did not cover this problem. A power steering switch needed be replaced and cost us $250.07.

All staff were very personable, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. The only complaint I have is that the service technician put the seat back in to a near lying down position and the radio was blasting at a very high volume when I turned the car on.

I ordered a bumper guard for a new Rogue that I purchased. Initially, there was a problem getting it installed properly. But Tracy Goleman (Assistant Service Manager), made sure things were done properly. She ordered another part, provided me a loaner vehicle, had the original guard removed, and had the new bumper guard installed. It looks great.
