Im not sure if this location usually takes a lot of time to inspect and oil change a vehicle, but it has been my case all the time. I’m talking about waiting longer than 2 hours with prior appointment, no rush hours or anything. So, my question is, do they do this to customers who are covered by warranty, and give priority to those who walk in and pay? I can’t believe inspecting and oil change could take longer than 2 hours.

Service was great but car was dirty as hell when I picked it up. I had washed my car co pletely before the appt and the service dept washed it again with nasty dirty water so I had to wash and derail it a second time when I got home.

My car had a problem after receiving a basic maintenance service. When I brought the car back, and wanted clarification on what was going on Bianca defended her mechanic (not a problem.) However, there were 2 conflicting reports about the vehicle’s breaks done by the same mechanic in between the 3 days. Although I could not accomplish what I wanted to by getting my AC to work because the cost for an AC compressor was way too much. everything was explained to me. Had damage caused from a aftermarket Oil change company, and germain was unbelievable helpful in getting repair. Bought new vehicle in November, discovered in March the air conditioning did not work. The dealership did look at my vehicle for no charge but wants to charge me $3000 to fix it. Never do business with them, again very poor customer service!!

The GM Corey Chaffin did the right thing by me and took care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. Due to repeated visits for same problem, it was decided to loan me a car so they could thoroughly investigate the problem. Although it was at the dealer for 6 days, I did have transportation and the problem was finally fixed-and this time, thousands of dollars later, it was taken care of without additional charges.

Greg gives excellent customer service. He sent me emails to let me know the progression of the servicing of my car while I was in the waiting room. He came in the waiting room to let me know there was a small issue with the lug nuts when rotating my tires. Issue was resolved. Very polite.

The receptionist was impatient when I was trying to ask her a question.
