My service manager Max was excellent! Very knowledgeable. But the dealership is another story. They recommended air filters: they just replaced in November. They replaced my front brakes in November also, yet my dust cover on my right drivers side rusted off and got caught in my wheel well making a terrible noise. I was charged labor I assume to remove the rusted part, but I’d did not show a replacement dust cover. Why wasn’t this all taken care of in November? The Service people are very friendly. However, we have a Mechanical Failure Service Contract that we purchased from the Dealership when we purchased this car. This contract and car were purchased on 6/29/22. The terms of the contract are for 7 years and or $100,000. miles. This is the first time we needed to use it and the Service Department told us it did not cover this problem. A power steering switch needed be replaced and cost us $250.07.

I got a quote online for my car, The lady called and said Nissan would give me more for my car then it retailed at, because they really really wanted my car. Brought in Murano . Engine light came on. I already had it diagnosed that oxygen sensor was bad. When brought it in I was told they had to run test. It would cost $169.95. I purchased my Sentra about a month ago. Josh Ross is a great sales rep! When I had questions related to my vehicle my experience with the service department was pleasant as well. From Sales to Finance, I absolutely loved the service I recieved. I will definately purchase from Germain again!
