The Germain Nissan Promise

1. Most competitive price on any new Nissan

If you buy a new vehicle from us we promise to have the most competitive price on all new Nissan’s, or we’ll give you $1000!

*Customer must provide a signed and verified purchase agreement from new car franchised dealer, dated within the last 7 days of current month, must be presented up front at the time of purchase. Competitor must be located in OH, vehicle must be in stock, and not based on a located vehicle. Vehicle must be of identical make, model, and trim with matching MSRP. Vehicle must be accurately priced with rebates, incentives and financing terms clearly defined. All installed accessories will be priced separately. Demonstrator vehicles and loaner vehicles do not qualify.

2. Trade-in Purchase Program

We don’t play pricing games with our trades. We’ll give you real numbers and top value on your trade even if you don’t buy from us.

*Offer is good for 7 days, within 300 miles of appraised odometer reading, and vehicle in the same condition as the original appraisal.

3. Three Day Money Back Promise

We know you’ll love your new Nissan but buying a vehicle is a big decision. If you buy a vehicle from us and are not completely satisfied, Germain Nissan promises that a customer can return their new Nissan within 3 days (72 hours) of original purchase.

*Vehicle cannot be returned with odometer reading over 200 miles. Vehicle must be returned within 72 hours of contract signing to qualify for refund. Vehicle must be returned in the identical condition it was purchased; any damage nullifies vehicle return policy. 100% of the purchase price of the vehicle will be refunded excluding any accessories purchased by the customer, whether installed by the dealer or not.
